Lodge Cast Iron Red Silicone Assist Handle Holder

I purchased these to use on a 12" dual handle skillet. They fit perfectly and are less cumbersome than hot pads. It should be noted Walmart sells them less expensively than Amazon

I bought a new 10.5 in cast iron skillet. I wasn't sure these would fit, but they did. Awesome. They fit tight, now I need to find something for my other pot I bought.

These silicone pan assists fit perfectly on my Lodge Cast Iron Dutch Oven. Beryllium secure and will not slip. Can be used with others Lodge bakeware

These silicone handles were sold out in the Lodge Cast Iron website and thankfully Walmart came through. Great price and fast delivery!

Love the handle but I didn't realize it isn't a set of 2. You receive 1 silicone handle.

I am happy to protect my hand but the fit is not good! Bought specifically for Lodge brand and it is not a snug fit! Better than the handle but not good, I gave it a 3 only because it is better than using a straight up cloth potholder

I bought 2 handle assists for my 10" & 12" skillets. It's a good fit (slightly loose) for my 12" skillet but it is far too loose for my 10" one. The handle assist can stay on my 12" while I cook but it is so loose on my 10" skillets that it would fall off if I try to leave it on. So it is only good if I put it on, use it immediately and take it off afterwards. I also tried using a pair of these for my 10" Double Dutch Oven and they were also too loose. So, I do not recommend this product this product if you plan to use it for 10" or smaller skillets or dutch ovens.

I gave this a 3-star because when I ripped the tag it made a little tear other than that it's good to help you whole move and hold your cast iron pan

You cannot leave this item on the pan while cooking. You have to leave it off until ready to use otherwise it gets VERY hot!

This item does not stay on the intended handle. It is very dangerous to use as it falls off when I lift the heavy cast iron pan full of hot food. It does not fit snugly on the handle of the skillet.
