Saved Me From The Poor House %26 Obesity
My doctor suggested that I drink quinine to relieve increasingly more frequent and more painful charley horse foot and leg cramps. Rather than dealing with the expense, calories, and storage challenge of buying and keeping an ocean of Schweppes tonic on hand, I ordered these capsules. I have never had another cramp, not one!

This really works for my husbands muscle cramps, he still gets them but they are not as bad and do not last as long.

Miracle pill if you suffer from Charlie horses.
I have struggled with Charlie horses for well over 20 years. My mother did as well. But they used to prescribe her Quinine pills. They took them off the market. So I found these and I take 2 every morning and if I do get Charlie horse take 2-3 as soon as I notice the small signs of them. Works WONDERFUL!!! So much so my doctor asked for the name so he could tell his other patients about it.

A big part of the total solution.
One of the few things that helps prevent leg cramping and twitching. The others are Magnesium Freeze salve, magnesium supplements, TheraWorx leg spray, and Bod Black men's body spray, sprayed on the legs and calves. The salves and sprays are temporary, the supplements provide longer lasting relief. Since this has been a lifelong problem for me, the solutions are crucial to my sleep.

Dr. recommended. Taking these capsules for 11 days now as bottle instructions; '2' capsules daily. NOT DOING ANYTHING for muscle OR leg cramps as of yet!!
