This is great for my back, knee, shoulder. Anywhere I need some relief. It's very cold which is perfect. The extra gel pack let's me swap out the thawed one for continued relief. The stretchy band even fits comfortably around my 4x plus size waist. Great product.

Suffered from lower back pain due to injury on job many years ago I'd rather use this ice pack/heat on my bag walk around easy with it. Just like my best friend.

I gave it five stars for ease of use. But really when your back is hurting nothing is easy to use. But this has really helped to ease my back pain. I love the way it wraps around you and stays!

This product works wonderfully for back pain and reducing inflammation! I would love to see a similar product for knees, ankles and other commonly painful areas. The belt is well made and adjusts easily to fit most people.

This is the best cold wrap I have ever purchased! I love the adjustable Velcro! It remains in place, and it truly serves its purpose. I hope the company creates a product for the shoulder, leg, and neck. This will make a nice gift for people with inflammation and back problems.

This is a must purchase it is fabuluos. I would wear it with %26 without the gel packs. Trust me when I tell you howmuch it helped me when I had a pulled muscle that was very debilitating for weeks from a chiropractor's adjustment. Love this product!!

Fits really well and stays in place, however the Velcro that holds the ice pack in seems to shed a bit every time it's used and figure eventually it won't stay closed. Ice pack itself is a bit too thin and even though it has cold to it, not always enough.

Great idea in theory, but doesn't get cold enough or last long enough for what I need. Had to return it. It was comfortable to wear, and a good value. Wish it could have worked for me.

A little small. Needs to cover a larger area of the low back… This would be a lot better! I just started using it so I'm not sure what it's longevity is, or what the the manufacturer claims it to be (but would be interested in knowing) Also would like to know if they have bigger ones that cover a larger area of the lower back

While I like the belt that holds the ice packs in place, they do not stay cold long enough for my liking. I ordered multiple ice packs simultaneously to treat my chronic back pain, and these are the last packs I reach for, unless I'm standing up. If I'm standing, this is the best option I have.
