I was seeking a 250 mg magnesium supplement that would help support bone and muscle health. Found it in Health Nutrition Naturals. Plus, the quantity was satisfactory.
these are so big they are hard to swallow
No unwanted fillers and the price is fair.
not worth the money and are to large hard to swallow. if anyone has trouble swallowing a pill. I wouldn't recommend or if you want to take the time to cut them as you take them
