Good quality, good brand, TAKES TIME to work
For people who are at ANEMIC risk, these iron pills go down well and they do seem to take time to work. I am NOT SURE how fast they will work for those anemic people, but for normies like me, they seem to take their time. I have to be careful and take only 1 a day, as i am NOT anemic and only need these occasionally. Cooking food with an iron skillet is still a good idea, but these pills work well too.
