Someone told me about taking active charcoal. I looked up the best type and came across this brand. It was very well priced, seems like it had very natural ingredients and after taking it, I don't have any bad things to say. Just be careful not to overtake charcoal and you can't take it within so many hours of any other medication or vitamins. I had a cold, took it a few days and it helped clear me up pretty quick.
