I've had other products that was ok. This newer model Brand is beyond great. I feel more secure. Easy to install and I love the design to hang on the door knob when not in use

Does the job well

These security bars came in a 2-pack and I ordered 2. When the items were delivered I only received 2 security bars instead of the 4 I paid for. I've been trying to get a refund for the 2 security bars I did not receive since September 28 and still have yet to receive anything back, not even a replacement. I was informed that my request for a refund was denied because the item was marked as delivered. Even after I explained what happened! This is the worst experience as a LOYAL Walmart customer. Walmart took my money for items I never received and REFUSE to give it back!

I ordered a two pack, only received one. I contacted Walmart. They told me credit would be issued a week ago. As of today, I still have not received my credit. This was my first time using Walmart.com. Not pleased at all.

Well if you want both of them you are out of luck as they only sent me one.
