We used this in homemade ramen. The ginger melded into the broth seamlessly and added a depth of flavor. This product is so much easier to use than fresh ginger, no peeling and chopping. Fresh ginger usually goes to waste, this product will be great to keep in the pantry for future use, can't keep fresh ginger for long.

McCormick sent this product for me to try out for free. I added it to my hot tea which was delicious! I made banana bread (chopped it up a bit more) and it gave a nice little zing to the bread. It complements the bananas nicely. It's a soft and chewy consistency. Sweet and spicy kick if eaten out of the jar. I would like to purchase more and try them in cookies. I highly recommend this product.

I really like this Organic Crystallized Ginger by McCormick. I use it with my tea to help sweeten it and give it a nice, ginger flavor. The hot tea melts it perfectly. It also helps with nausea I get (typically after being in the car) so it's a win win! It's also great for baking or cooking, but I haven't used it for that purpose yet. This ended up being way more useful than expected. Tried it in a mezcal mule first and it completely leveled up the drink. Since then it's been showing up everywhere, mixed into oatmeal, paired with dark chocolate, even tossed into quick savory dishes for a little sweet heat. I am very pleased with the quality of this McCormick organic crystallized ginger, it came fresh, the pieces are soft, chewy and covered in sugar, love the well balanced sweet spicy flavor, so far I used these in a stir fry, brings out the flavors, adds depth and a pinch of spice, as an addition to my tea I can definitely taste the delicious ginger, ideal to make ginger snap cookies with the perfect amount of sweetness and spice, also love to eat it by itself, not only is a tasty snack but it helps settle my stomach, definitely great after dinner for its digestive properties. The quality is superb, I'm definitely buying these again, highly recommended!
