McCormick Gourmet Organic Fennel Seed, 1.0 oz Bottle

I received the McCormick Organic Fennel Seed and honestly was stumped on how and what recipes to use it in since I'd never cooked with Fennel Seed before. When I opened the bottle and smelled this delicious, different, aromatic smell. After some research, I decided to make turkey breakfast sausage patties using the fennel seed and some other spices. They were so easy to make and the fennel seed really brought the flavor out. I'm very happy to have tried the McCormick Fennel Seed as now I can make healthier sausage for my family. I'm also looking forward to trying it in some new recipes I've found as well.
