McCormick sent me this free sample Korean BBQ Seasoning Mix through the BzzAgent sampling program. I really enjoyed using McComick Korean BBQ Seasoning Mix to make with 16 oz Sirloin Steak Strip and stayed the beef 15 minutes, then I fried the beef that mixed with high fire, also I add a little sugar and lemon juice to the beef to reduce saltiness. I served the beef with onion, pepper and white rice. It was easily and quickly to mix, and the meat was delicious after cooked.

I really enjoyed using McCormick Korean BBQ Seasoning to make bulgogi at home. I sliced steak into thin pieces, followed the instructions on the packet, and the result was a quick flavorful meal. The seasoning gave the meat a delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors

I enjoyed this seasoning packet! I used the packet on chicken I cooked in the crockpot with onions. The packet would also be good on beef or shrimp, but I choose chicken because it is a healthy and affordable option for my family. Once the chicken was cooked, I shredded it. I served the chicken with canned pineapple to add some sweetness and rice. My entire family enjoyed it. I have become more conscious about the amount of sodium we consume, so to me it ate a little salty. Other than that, this was a fun sample and a flavor profile I don't generally cook otherwise. I am a big fan of seasoning packets to create dips and marinades. I will certainly buy more McCormick packets in the future.

I received this seasoning as a promotion for review. The Korean BBQ seasoning from McCormick is great. I usually don't really purchase premixed seasonings due to salt content, but for this I make an exception. It's very similar to the flavors of Korean BBQ you would get at a restaurant! I used mine on chicken but it did recommend thin steak strips. The flavor wasn't super overwhelming but I attribute that to my use of too much oil. It came out very well and both my small children ate their entire portion. So that's a win in itself!

I enjoy robust and intense flavors, whereas my fiance prefers much more subtle and nearly bland flavors. This seasoning was fine for him but fell a little flat for me. I appreciate that it's a quick fix for some semblance of Korean BBQ style flavor, but I would want to do some doctoring when preparing for myself again. It's worth trying if for no other reason than to give yourself a quick base to build off of.

Although the seasoning captured the basic flavor of Korean bbq, it fell flat in depth of flavor, This is good for anyone who wants to get the Korean flavor on hand and save money. I cooked the meat according too the directions.!f I were to cook it again, I'd use less meat so there is a thicker coating. If I were to buy this I'd add a lot of other seasonings to doctor it up.

If you're inspired to do anything but steak with this move on. Many reviewers mentioned making steak and were happy with the results. I was more interested in chicken wings. It did not translate. Not much heat, no salt, no sweet, not much taste. I was going for ease of use but gave up too much on content. I'll be sticking with scratch.
