McCormick Kosher Ground Turmeric, 5.87 oz Bottle

I have been using McCormick's Ground Turmeric for many years. I have tried many others, trying to cut the cost, but this one is the smoothest and most consistent. Walmart comes through for us again, carrying this larger size, with a great price, thereby making it even affordable for people of my position in society.

This turmeric has made fantastic additions to so many breakfasts, oatmeals, protein shakes, and even golden milk! (Look up golden milk) its flavorful and healthy for you. A no brainer! Recieved this through a bzzagent sample, thanks bzzagent and McCormick!

McCormick is a brand known for its quality and consistency and a brand I purchase on a regular basis. I love spending time in the kitchen and creating flavorful dishes for my family so I use trusted brands to help me achieve the perfect culinary treat. McCormick's Turmeric is a great spice that I add to my curries and during the heart of canning season, I like to use McCormick's Turmeric in my Bread and Butter Pickle Brine. It provides a deep savory flavor, enhancing my dishes. I highly recommend McCormick's Turmeric and the entire line of McCormick spices to anyone looking for consistent quality.

I'm a little embarrassed to say I've never bought any kind of turmeric to put in my food, but I'm pleasantly surprised! I've put this in my chicken, rice, and vegetables so far. It gives it a really nice color, and it upped the taste a noticeable amount! It also is good for you too so that's another plus. I'll now be keeping this turmeric in my rotation with other seasonings, you get a lot in this bottle though so I won't run out for awhile!

I made one of my favorite drinks with this turmeric - Haldi Ka Doodh! This McCormick turmeric is perfect for it - rich and earthy aroma, perfect amount of bite, nutty aftertaste, pairing perfectly with ginger and cinnamon in this creamy beverage. I'd recommend this to anyone. The container is easy to use (teaspoons fit inside with ease) and the labeling makes it easy to find (big bold print with high contrast)

I received this product and was pleased to note it's larger size. The bottle is well crafted with a flip, not screw lid. The aroma of this turmeric seems fresher and more "potent" then other brands in the past. I used this tumeric in a chicken tikka masala dish which gave a nice earthy flavor and deep rich color. I'd gladly buy this again as my 1st go to tumeric.
