I used the McCormick Pure Mint Extract to make cinnamon rolls (cinnamons), and it added a fresh, cool mint flavor that paired nicely with the sweetness. A little goes a long way — the taste is strong, so I recommend using just a small amount. It gave my dessert a fun twist. Overall, I liked it and would use it again for baking.

I add to brownie recipes to make mint chocolate brownies or mint frosting on chocolate cake and sometimes I use this to make mint chocolate shakes when the mood hits. Those are about the only uses I have though.

There's a part on the back labeled "tasty tips and tricks" and one of the tips was to add a few drops to iced tea so that's what I did. It have ny iced tea a really strong but not overwhelming taste of peppermint. I genuinely enjoyed it! I added 3 drops to a 10oz glass and it was just about right. One of the tips is to add to brownie batter mix so im going to be trying that next time.

I've been using McCormick for the last 20 years and their quality has stayed the same. I been making ice cream at home this summer and this is perfect for making mint chocolate chip ice cream. It has all natural ingredients and no synthetic flavors. Thank you McCormick for the free sample!

I never would've thought to get a mint extract for really anything. Thought I would try it out. I saw the recipe on the back and thought it would be fun to try it with brownies and see if they would taste like thin mints. I wanted to see how different they would be from regular brownies, so I did half of each. I wish I did all of them with the mint extract. Loved how it turned out. Not too much mint flavor. I got the exact taste I was looking for. I liked being able to change a normal sweet treat into something a little more fun. I can't wait to try this with my ice cream maker to make home made mint chocolate chip!

This is a very standard mint extract. I added a few drops to my homemade strawberry lemonade because I forgot to buy fresh leaves and it absolutely did the trick! I was so happy that it wasn't an overpowering flavor and very balanced.

I made a small chocolate cake with the extract. It had aot of mint flavor it came out towards the end of the cake and it left a minty refreshing taste in my mouth. It is more on a spearmint side of taste and smell. I can see it being good in drinks too. I was given this for free
