Meat Shredz - Black Pepper Pulled Pork Jerky, High-Protein Shredded Snack, 2.2 oz Resealable

I bought these because I've been wanting to expand my culinary options on backpacking and other camping trips. So far, I have used these on a kayak camping trip. I made a Shells %26 Cheese with the Black Pepper flavor and added some fresh broccoli florets. It was pretty good. For breakfast, we mixed the black pepper flavor in with scrambled eggs and ate as breakfast burritos. Again, not bad at all. I finished the remaining meat straight out of the pouch as a snack later, and that was also pretty satisfying. A bit expensive for everyday meals, but a great addition to any camp chef's kitchen, especially if refrigeration is an issue.

Yoo, I'm a ramen guy and found this. I pretty much add to a 1 dollar ramen bowl microwave and I have a full meal. It tastes good, and pairs great with ramen. 1 pack is enough for 2 ramen bowls. Good amount. I won't have to go to a sushi restaurant to get a 20 bowl of ramen when I can make one with this. Yes Microwave is a quick way for it but also good old fashion stove will make it taste much better.

This product is one of my travel go-to's. It's a quality tasting pork. I like the thinness of the package with the meat dehydrated because it's the smallest amount of space that I can get two meal size portions of good protein in. The black pepper is prominent and I like that. My favorite way to fix it is cooking a potato in the microwave, topping it with a half package of Meat Shredz, replacing the cover, and letting it all sit for about three minutes to let the steam hydrate the pork.

I love the barbecue flavor on the pork. Not too spicy, not too sweet. I typically will split a package with my husband. I like taking this product when we travel and putting it on top of a macaroni and cheese freezer meal. I heat the meal in a microwave and at the point where the macaroni is cooked and is suppose to rest for a few minutes, I pull back the plastic, put on half of a package of the Meat Shredz, put the plastic back over and let it sit for a few minutes to moisten the pork. This product is in my go-bag for snacks and road food.

Oh my holy chiz on a stick! This stuff is incredible! I love jerky anyway but this is the best! I was buying stocking stuffers %26 got a bag each of this for my dad, my mom, %26 myself. I've bought a few more for myself since then! Even though it says it's pulled pork, the flavor tastes SO much like my Grandpa's homemade beef jerky, which I miss! It's going to take a LOT for something else to come along %26 top this!

Very tasty! I sprinkle it on salads and in my homemade tacos. I have even made a bowl of rice, sprinkled with this on top with a bit of spicy soy sauce for a quick and tasty meal! Highly Recommended!!

I ordered tgis for my son's goody bag. I ended up keeping them for me. They weren't tough or chewy.

Tasty! I bought this along with the Sriracha flavor. I used the Sriracha flavor to dress up a backpacking meal and it was so good. Very flavorful. It was a treat to have a lightweight protein to add to my dinner on the trail. I also, bought the black pepper pulled pork. This one I just as a snack. Equally as good. I definitely had to share once I tasted it, couldn't keep all the goodness to myself.

The texture is very much like shredded Beef Jerkeybut with more of a pork like taste
