I love the sleek appearance, the settings, the heating option and the lighted timer that tells me how long before the toast is done. The toasts come out very nicely and evenly toasted. The only thing I would change would be the electrical cord coming out of the back of the toaster rather than the side near the front. Though I do understand that possibly most people would prefer to set up their toaster along the length of their wall. I have mine set up so that the lever and the dial and buttons are facing straight out from the wall.

Our old toaster finally gave out on us and we'd been putting off getting a new one. My husband didn't want anything too fancy with a touch screen so I figured I'd give this one a shot. It was too terribly expensive and it looked pretty sleek. The design is nice and the manual is super easy to follow for your desired bread toasting. We love it!

The toaster works. It's nice that it has a countdown timer so you're not hovering over it waiting for it to pop up. My English Muffins take a 6, white bread a 4 and sliced kaiser rolls a 3 to toast nicely. I haven't used the warming rack put it's built in so it won't get lost. Toasters are getting pricey but this one wasn't too expensive and the long slots let you toast artisanal breads while being wide enough for kaisers cut in half or bagels.

I love this toaster. It works great!! The only problem I see is with 2 pieces of toast which u have to put in the middle. I have to turn the dial down or it gets too brown. Otherwise it is an excellent toaster with wide slots and a timer where u can see how long it'll be till toast is ready!

Best toaster I have purchased, it toasts the bread evenly and the warmer is an added extra that everyone in my family loves. If you buy it you won't be dissapointed.

Toaster was easy to use and manual super helpful. I wound up using the highest setting (6) to clean the toaster 3 times before using. I love the different cooking options and there's a bun warmer! I even bought one for my mom who loved it. Highly recommend!

The toaster works very well and seems to be made to last. I have no complaints. I expected the trim to be gold but it has a rose- gold tone to it. I would have preferred plain gold or stainless. However, it exceeds my expectations with regard to quality. I really like the length of the slots with no dividers! It works very well with bakery loaves that are round or other shapes.

The toaster size is great for multiples slices of bread %26 bagels. All the features work well and are easy to understand. But I find it toasts unevenly. One part of the bread is golden brown and other parts are either burnt or pale .

The toaster is beautiful and we loved the count down timer. However, it didn't toast evenly at all. One side of the toast would be golden brown and the other side would be raw bread. This was tested several times. We just want a toaster that toasts bread evenly.

It does not toast evenly, and by that I mean brown on one side and almost not at all on the other. Since I bought it so I wouldnt have to flip the bread, I am returning it right away.
