MegaFood Women's 55+ Advanced Multivitamin - Choline, Vitamins D3 & B12 - 60 Servings

I have used this brand of women's over 55 multivitamins for over 10 years. Like everything, they have gone up in price, but I still think they are an excellent choice. I notice the difference in my energy level if I don't take them for a few days (once in a while I forget to order them).

Good product

The best vitamins on the market. I can't tolerate folic acid and these have Folate which makes it a winner. The only downside is that I can only take one per day instead of the recommended two because of the vitamin D3 ingredient in the formula (which I also cannot tolerate).

I've been using Mega Foods vitamins for about 10 years now. Absolutely love them! One of my favorite things about them is not having to have a meal in my stomach when taking them. Mega Foods is the only vitamins for me. Highly recommend them if you are looking for vitamin recommendations.

I love this product. I have been using other products and this one gave me the enrgy and the benefits I was looking for. This was the first Mega Food supplement I ordered on subscription. Although I've added others over the past couple of years, this is the foundational one I count on to meet my basic daily needs. I supplement separately with magnesium as recommended. I'll definitely continue this one.
