It's taken. About eight weeks.I'm seeing great results!!!! night sweats, I have completely stopped in hot flashes are nothing like they were. And I swear to it, this is the best one.
I was going through hot flashes really really bad at night time and I've been researching and looking for something natural and good to calm the sweats down and the hot flashes and I came across these right here. Read a lot of reviews on it and so far I've been taking it for the past two weeks and it has slowed it down a whole lot and I have a opportunity to sleep so so far it's working very good for Me and I been walking every day at 7pm and it's a Different feeling for Me.,
this is one product that does what it says it will do. My night sweats are fewer, I feel more rested in the morning. I also noticed my gut was feeling better from the probiotics.
Must buy, if you are going thru Menopause!!! I've started noticing a positive difference after 2 weeks of using it!!! It has been added to my monthly vitamin purchases.

It say there's probiotics and other stuff in it on the bottle in description when I received it it only says there ashwaganda. Chastleberry. And black cohosh. Don't buy
