Game console is awesome but Walmart shipped through FedEx and it requires a signature. Basically someone has to miss a day of work waiting for FedEx. Because FedEx will not even let you pick it up at the FedEx drop off points.

The Xbox Series X is definitely a great upgrade. I wish it had more than 1 terabyte of internal memory. You can buy expansion cards for it, but currently they are REALLY pricey. I would recommend this for serious gamers right now.

With all the bad reviews I was skeptical at first but after I got it was minimal damage to the box and came with all the parts. works great. very happy as of right now.

You sent an American buying from an American company, a European model plugin for the Xbox series x. Im a little ticked. Could have mentioned that, I would have been happy to buy an adapter from you as well.

This item had Japanese writing on the box and hand-written dates, etc. The box stated it was for Japenese use only. I returned it for all of those reasons. Not sure if it was refurbished and will not take that chance on something this expensive. Not good!!

Vender canceled with no explanation

We purchased an Xbox from them. It only had the game console in the box. The controller, power cord, and HDMI cable were missing. I tried to call them, however, no one has answered or returned my calls.

It works fine but when I got it it was all in Japanese. Luckily I set it up in English. It also turns off randomly multiple times a day. It's very defective and definitely not worth your money.
