The value for the product is reasonable for the quality. My teenager rides it on a daily basis and has not had any issue with the safety or power of bike.

She wanted a mountain bike that felt more like a “bike bike” than one with larger/higher handles. Wonderfully made, tires are wide and rugged. Definitely made to last.

The suspension makes bumps no big deal, and the size is perfect if you’re not ready for a full adult bike yet. Stylish, sturdy, and fun, great choice for adventure. Great price! Easy to put together. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving the Mongoose Flatrock bike! Assembly was relatively easy, I put it together on my own while husband was at work. The bike suits my almost ten year old son, who's about 4.5 ft tall. The color is nice and we really like the beefy-Ness of the tires. So far no complaints have absolutely loved this bike!

My parents bought this for my bday and it's really good but it has its downsides sometimes it doesn't switch gears but over all good bike And like 4 days later I crashed but this bike is the best it's not the best if you like crashing 😜

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bike is very nice and perfect for us shorter people! I have not been on a bike in several years. However when I got on this one I felt like a kid again and like time hadn’t passed! It was fun! My boyfriend helped me put it together. And it only took a few minutes, as it was already put together for the most part. It is very sturdy and the tires are pretty wide. (Which I prefer.) Not thin like other bikes. The handle on the left has the dial to change speed. I have to get used to that lol! And we love the color of it! The only issue we had was the pin for the seat was broken. My boyfriend says he can fix that though. (He’s a welder.) Other than that, we all (my boyfriend, our daughter and I) had lots of fun riding this bike. Thank y’all so much for sending this to us! We can’t wait to take it out on trails!

Bike seem fine but it came with some scratches and a very large rust spot on the handlebars

Do NOT buy this. The rear derailleur is plastic and it's garbage. We have had this bike for 6 months. We live in Utah so as a Christmas gift it wasn't ride much. As it's warmed up our son has ridden more. 2 weeks ago, so not even 6 months in the rear derailleur broke. Not from dropping it, just from torque of peddling. I contacted the seller for a warrant part and they told me this wasn't covered because it was not maintained correctly and was normal wear and tear. So frustrating to buy a $350 bike and only have it work for 6 months and Pacific cycle team to not care. I repeat my previous. Do NOT buy.
