This is the second trike of this brand that I've bought. I and my son assembled the first one and it was a challenge. The directions are mostly just drawings so illiterates (?) can still assemble it, but we managed it after several hours spread out over two days. With this trike, I paid a professional to assemble it -- I wasn't going through that again. Once assembled, it's a great trike! It's solid and it feels sturdy and steady to pedal and ride. No issues. The little bell included is fairly useless, like a toy. The manufacturer should save the 15 cents and stop including them. Everything else is great. The seat is comfortable, the handlebars are easy to adjust and also comfortable, and the frame is solid. All in all, I do recommend this.

I bought my moon cool three wheel trike bike because I was having mobility issues the first day I rode It was scary. There was nothing wrong with the bike. It's just I haven't been on a bike in over 20 years plus. I had my brother assemble the bike he said it took a little longer than he expected and have extra tools. The kit comes with tools, but you need a little extra ones. It looks beautiful. I chose the black and it has moon in bright blue lettering. I feel I made the right choice and with a little time I'll be riding all over town so thank you

I'm a 65 year old, ordered the peacock green, its more blue. Husband worked about 6 hours putting together, next day watched videos how to get the gears set. I've been on it a few times now, overall now enjoying the trike.I need a knee replacement but i can ride it without pain. I Really feel good afterwards.

I like the color of this bike. i thought it had a basket in the front as in the picture, but it does not. It is also hard to put together. Not much comes preassembled.

Some parts did come pre-assembled which did help with assembling it. But the directions for assembly themselves were very troublesome. They were not as clear as they should have been nor as detailed. The issue that I have with the seat, the seat was hard when you sit on it and the backrest was not high enough for the actual back. I had to order a replacement seat because the seat will not stay on the seat shaft and it was very uncomfortable.The tools that come with to help assembly we're very cheap. One thing that I was very confused about was the basket issue, in the picture it advertised two baskets a front and a rear basket. with the front basket having what looks like a insulated cloth basket, which did not come with the bike.

Trike is sturdy and built well, with that said it has the wrong angle for the front wheel! What I mean by that is it takes a lot of strength steer the bike because a lot of your weight is towards the front! I I couldn't return it because I took too long to put it together but i would not recommend for anyone because that is a big issue.

I love my trike but I wish the fender supports were better engineered. They are flimsy and do not stay in place over the rear tires. I am missing the parts to attach the tire reflectors. I sent a message but have heard nothing back. Otherwise I love the ride!

The bike is pretty but a bit flimsy. I bought it for my wife and the first time she rode the bike the back tires popped. Had to buy new ones. Waiting to hear back from seller. Nothing yet and it's been almost a week. At least the new heavy duty tires I put on are holding up great. She went for another ride and all went well. You get what you pay for.

I purchased this trike for exercise but it causes me severe knee pain. I've had double knee replacements but I don't usually have problems with pain when doing exercises. The peddles are right under the riders seat and I road my friends trike where the peddles are at least 12 inches or more forward closer to the front. My knees did not hurt. It's the design on the trike. Returning it is not easy and it's going to cost me more money to return it. I cannot return it to Walmart because the seller says I have to take it apart and buy a large box to put it in to ship. I paid someone to put it together and now I have to pay someone to take it apart. Ride a bike with this design before you buy it. The company has suggested that I give it away. Really?? Walmart shouldn't sell this product if their customers cannot return it with convenience.

The assembly is overwhelming. Had to take it to Walmart and upon review there were missing parts have been communicating with the seller and it's been extremely frustrating. He is prolonging the return and will not refund at full purchase price unless I submit photos of what all parts are missing, which is ridiculous because I'm not wasting my time to inventory all parts and figure which ones are missing. They continue to offer discounts instead of the return when I've already told him multiple times that I want a full refund, especially because this purchase was made on the behalf of an individual with intellectual disabilities and they seem to not understand that. Warning do not purchase from the seller and save the headache.
