It's your pretty standard, universal, semi sweet breakfast sausage seasoning. I grabbed it because I got a bunch of ground pork on sale and had no idea what to do with it. Will buy again

Great Mix of Sausage Spices. delicious
good mix of sausage spices. a little goes a. long way. made up a pound of ground pork with some and it was delicious. no worries.

Venison Sausage Seasoning
Not a bad product overall. Followed instructions exactly. Found flavor was good, just not quite strong enough. Would definitely use again but with less meat and maybe add a little red pepper flakes.

No MSG needed.
I purchased this to make my own sausage, mins add the added unnecessary ingredients. It has MSG (mono sodium glutamate). Wanting the trash.
