The tablets are small. You only have to take them once a day. I was taking glucosamine/chondroitin supplements prior which were bigger tablets and they were not as effective. I have arthritis in my hands and some of my other joints and this helps much better.

I like that I only have to take one tablet a day. Additionally, the tablets are small and easy to swallow. I haven't noticed a change as of yet, I know the stiffness won't disappear over night. Other joint supplements often require 2 or 3 pills and are much larger. The thing about this though, is you have to pay attention to what they contain. While each Move Free Ultra caplet is smaller with a smooth coating so that it is very easy to swallow, it doesn't contain glucosamine hydrochloride. Many of those large dose and pill product have 1500 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride in each serving. Instead a serving of Move Free Ultra contains 40 mg of "Proprietary Cartilage Blend(cartilage and potassium chloride)(providing undenatured type II collagen)" plus Boron and Hyaluronic Acid. This formula is working for me. After a couple weeks of taking this daily I do feel less pain in my knees. My knees aren't terrible but I am trying to be proactive in taking care of my joints. This product is helping me do that. Very large and wasteful packaging for the 30 count bottle.
