I grew up thinking MSG wasn't healthy, but recently found out that isn't correct. It is a natural, plant-based product made by fermentation. So, I purchased it a few weeks ago, and LOVE it! I can use less salt if I add a pinch of MSG to savory dishes. And the flavor is noticeably improved. I mean, it tastes so much better. MSG adds no flavor of its own to food; it just greatly enhances the umami. I suggest you try it.

This is the first time that I’ve bought it. It was in a recipe I was trying for tofu. It brings out the flavors of the tofu and the seasoning of the rice flour and various other ingredients. I use it now on all of my recipes as an additional seasoning. I would recommend.

Have tried most of this brands products, and they never disappoint. Great quality and quantity for your money. The MSG really makes dishes more savory, excellent addition to your kitchen. Shipping was faster then i expected.

Actually expected smaller size bottle but was pleasantly surprised for the larger size. No clumping and adds amazing flavor to food.
