I have been taking the Mens Mulitvitamin for about 9 months every day. At 66 years of age, its important to me to keep the immune system healthy, and stabilize the important vitamin and mineral intake. I've been taking Virmerson men's vitamins for a few years now along with increased exercising, drinking more water I feel better! At my last few yearly physicals my doctor has told me as he reviewed my lab reports that whatever I'm doing keep doing it. I believe these daily vitamins are doing the job!

I am sure the vitamins I am getting are great, but the taste is FOUL! I have had the hardest time getting these things down. They taste like very strong and yucky garlic. For the price, I would rather not struggle to choke down my vitamins each morning. I do think they worked and gave me more energy, but I will be looking for another brand that can give me the same boost without the awful flavor.
