Natrol 5-HTP Time Release 100mg Tablets, 45 Ct

This has helped me so much! I had been taking escitalopram and Wellbutrin to help with anxiety and being agitated. I hated the side effects I had and I still didn't even feel that good. Decided to try this and it has made a HUGE difference. My mom, husband, and kids can all tell that it's working too :) I feel better, not out of control or super angry. This has helped me way more than my previous prescription. So glad I tried it. I felt better after a few days but people noticed it after about 2 weeks.

for me.. this works like a charm. but i think you've kind of got to let it work. for me, there's like a 30 minute window. i fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night.

It keeps my stress level down all day long. They are a small tablet so very easy for me to swallow. Completely drug-free. They are also vegetarian. Only taken a weeks worth - no difference in enhancing sleep but did develop stomach ach after taking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are small tablets that are very easy to take. I appreciated that, because I can have difficulty swallowing larger pills. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to work for me. I didn't feel like it relieved any stress, but I do think it helped me to fall asleep more quickly. I was hoping to feel more calm during the day as well, but that wasn't the case. Perhaps it works better for others.

I have took it for 3 days. The first day just once, and then twice a day for 2 days. I ended up with a strange headache. A dizzy feeling with a pressure behind my eyes. I realized the only thing I'd been doing differently was this supplement. I stopped taking it and for the next two days, no headaches. Could be coincidence but I think I'll just stop using them for now.!
