This stuff is amazing..!
Wow... I am 83 yrs old and suffer from restless sleep and pain at night from osteoarthritis, especially in the hips. I turn over and lay there looking at the ceiling. Over the counter sleep aids make me irritable and sleepy all day and still don't work well at night. I tried this product and on the FIRST night, after waiting the 20 mnutes recommended, I fell asleep as soon as my head touched the pillow! It did not keep me from waking up as needed to use the bathroom, but IMMEDIATELY fell asleep again afterwards. The only thing I noticed that after a few days I woke up in the AM with a slight headache and started falling asleep during the day frequently. I tried taking 5 mg and it was just right...! side effects not noticed..!! So...try it, but I think 10 mg is too high a dose for the elderly.

Better than a prescription!
I was having trouble sleeping and I was waking up every two hours. Not anymore! This product is amazing. I sleep through the nights for the most part now. If I do wake up I easily fall back to sleep. I do not feel groggy in the mornings either.

I have insomnia. I've tried regular melatonin. They didn't work. This product worked! I'm getting better sleep, thankfully.

Work's well.
Work's well. It is essential to get a time release form of Melatonin to help you stay asleep, and I feel that 10 mg is a proper dose, especially for a large person.
