Gently into the Night
This melatonin supplement with 5-HTP is far more effective than other products without the HTP. I sleep soundly and am well rested. Thank you Natrol.

Sleeping better but still unsure of dosage
I have been using the Melantonin + 5 HTP for a few weeks. 10 mg (the dosage of each pill) was too much for me. I felt hungover and headachy the next morning. Still trying to figure out if 5mg or 2.5 mg is best for me. The melantonin doesn't solve the problem of waking up 3 times a night, but it does allow me to get back to sleep. I take it just before turning out the lights.

Natrol melatonin +5HTP
I take this product every night at bedtime, as I'm going to bed, not 30 minutes before. That way when it takes affect I am in bed and I can let the product work.
