Natrol High Absorption Magnesium Chew Tablets, 60 ea

I have had leg cramps for years. I started taking magnesium and it helps so much. I take them every morning with my daily vitamins. I keep them next to bed so if I get cramps in the middle of the night, I chew two more and it seems to help.

Since I have a tough time swallowing the bigger caplets, I was glad to find these magnesium malate chewables as they are easily digested and absorbed. Unlike another reviewer, I have no issues with an aftertaste. My numbers in my blood test came up nicely, so I know it works.

I bought this a month ago and it works like a charm.

Sleeping much better now. Leg cramps are less too.

I have been using this product for several years and recently ran out!!! HELP!! I rely on this when my RLS (restless leg syndrome)starts acting up. One tablet and within 10 minutes my legs relax!! Walmart carries this online, and I am forever grateful.

Bought this in place of the magnesium capsules because they were out of stock. I ending up throwing product away. The chew able tablets had a bad taste. I do not recommend them and will stick with the capsules.

I was unhappy with this product because it was supposed to be a chewable but I could not even break it in my mouth. I tried to suck on it to soften it up enough to chew, but the taste was horrible too. Product was fresh, not past expiration, just a bad product.

To begin with, if you have "Magnesium" in the name, it should contain at least 500 mg of the stuff. 250 mg is just window dressing. But my biggest criticism of the product is that it leaves am absolutely appalling aftertaste; an aftertaste that lingers not just for a few minutes, but at least two hours. No amount of drinking fluids would make that aftertaste go away. My advice to the manufacturers: at least TASTE your product before unleashing it on an unsuspecting public.
