The product worked to help suppress my appetite. If you take it for awhile you have to increase the dose like it says. I'm sure it's not as good as prescription appetite suppressants but it works to help me feel full.

PGX- worked for me
I did enjoy using these supplements. i felt fuller longer in the day. the capsules are fairly big, so it took some getting use to taking them multiple times a day.

Doesn't make you bloated, but you do have to take a lot in order to feel full. And definitely need to take something to help you go to the bathroom.
