one a day is all it takes
my dr told me to buy these because i can't absorb regular vitamins. I've went through 3 bottles and I now doing great and my vitamin d levels are normal. I have been suffering for years so glad i found these

Good product and easy to swallow
Just had my yearly blood test and all was good thanks to Nature Made products. These D3 have been used for several years as they are easy to swallow.

The tablet is small and dissolves quickly or is easily chewable. I feel the difference in movement and energy.
