I like this brand because, unlike some others, the tablets do not upset my stomach. The price is also reasonable for the number of tablets in the bottle.

I like the amount of product for the price 190 tablets for about $6. I have just started taking these for iron deficiency anemia. My doctor advised that I take 2 a day, so I split them up to be on the safer side. I have not had any stomach upset so far and they are easy to swallow. I try to keep some good-for-me items in my daily routine like fruit to add fiber and vitamin c.

I have normally ordered my Over-the-Counter supplements through Wal-Mart.com. This is the first time I have ordered an item and it had the seal removed. I will ordering another brand.

It did not upset my stomach at all. It did give me headaches, no matter whether i took it at night or in the morning.

It has side effects. I consumed the prescribed amount as mentioned. I did not get any digestive problems but got tingling sensation and sometimes pain in my back (especially when I run). But when I stoppe taking it the problem disappeared.
