I took the medicine as described and this product worked great. I got a restful night sleep. I was ready to take on the day in the morning. I like how easy it is to swallow these pills. I like that they come in individual packages so I can take them with me in my purse when I go on vacation. I will keep using this product in the future because they really do work. I recommend them for sure.

I bought this product for my husband, who has Terrible, wretched sleep due to working 3rd shift for many years. He said it did help him fall to sleep, but to stay asleep ? -- it didn't work any better than ordinary melatonin. He also said it gave him weird dreams (which is also true of him, with just melatonin). So, I will continue the search for a product that can help him STAY asleep, which is his biggest complaint. Note: just as an FYI for pill-takers these pills are 1/2 inch long, & about a 1/4 around, - not quite a "horse pill" but larger than the ordinary sleep aid. (My husband had no problem swallowing it.)
