Vitamins that can be depended upon
I have been deficient in vitamin D for a very long time. These are easy to take and my vitamin D. Levels have been in the middle of the range instead of borderline deficient

We love taking this brand for the effectiveness and cost. Have to buy multiples at a time due to low stock availability frequently.

Flavor is OK on these. My main complaint is that they clump together. I don't like sticking a finger in the jar to try to break them loose so I end up using a fork to get them out of the bottle.
