[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great supplement containing leucine, isoleucine and valine. You take 3 a day before or after a workout. My preference is after for muscle recovery as my workouts are usually not overally intensive. It's packaged well. It comes with a 40 day supply and it's a great value for its money.

The size of tablets are on the larger sizes. After using this product for about 30 days I do notice I have more energy. I am firming up after working out and using this product. The ingredients seem pretty simple.

I've been adding more strength workouts to my routine, and I will usually feel sore the day after. When I took this supplement, I felt great the next day! The only thing I don't like about these is the pills are huge and hard to swallow! Overall, I think they're great for muscle recovery.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to see any results but it may be that I needed to take them for a longer period of time. Plus so many other things like diet and exercise would impact results more than any supplement.

Seems effective but the Tablets are large and the dosage is 3. Requires extra water for me to get down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been taking it for a couple weeks now, not really noticing much (might have to take for longer to notice a difference) and the pills are a little bit too big for my liking but other than that they don't have an awful taste unlike some pills that I take. Otherwise, the price is pretty good for the amount of pills you get.

too big to swallow. Feels like someone is strangling you when swallow these gigantic tablets. Please save yourself from these big tablets!!
