Gave my dad who didnt know what to expect the recommended dosage and took half the dosage myself, about 30 minutes later I noticed a difference and he really noticed a difference so would definitely say it is works. Also Ive taken different pill forms if l theanine for over a year off and on and it never kicked like this stuff did.

This L-theanine is the perfect little boost I need to get relaxed for bedtime, I noticed I feel so much more cozy when I do take it. Haven't had any stomach upset and the flavor is alright, not great not bad. I'll definitely be getting more in the future

I feel that it doesn't make my kids drowsy but it allows them to sleep with deeper and also their mood seems to be more calm. I have hyper kids really hyper kids

Dropper will not pick up product, product is full of hard chunks of sugar, like its been sitting for years in a hot room. Not good at all.

I wanted it for sleep very excited because I would be able to sleep finally, but it didn't happen. It did not work. I don't know if it'll work for someone else, but for me I was not able to find that sleep, but I was looking for.
