My personal experience in terms of benefits when using creatine are noticeable. An increase in strength, stamina, and energy while working out. But most importantly, yes I can see (and feel) a noticeable increase in my muscle growth. I'm small boned and smaller than most “average” sized males so my goals and results may differ from others but focus on the word results. After using this product regular for the past three weeks coupled with a consistent exercise regimen in terms of frequency and effort (yes effort!), eating a sensible diet suited for my goals (low fat, moderate calories and high protein), the benefits I am experiencing are noticeable and honestly have already exceeded my expectations. I usually Go to gym right after work. So in order to take creatine. I have to keep it in my car. As a result this is great solution for me. As i can keep these pills in my car and swallow then with water. Much easier to use than powders that leave mess. This is great solution. easy to swallow. No after taste

I picked the creatine supplement to try, mainly because it was one thing I regularly use. But after I started to use it, I realized that Nature's Craft's Creatine Tri-phase really is different. The main difference is that I don't feel as bloated and swollen after using it, as opposed to the brand I regularly use, but the needed pump was still there. Amazing product, good price too!

Excellent product, much easier than powders with same benefits. I feel more energized throughout the day and recovery time after a hard workout is faster. For me, I feel less depleted the next day after a hard workout vs. not taking Creatine Tri-Phase. Pills are a little big but much easier than drinking in a powder form.

This creatine supplement has been interesting although I feel I need to take it for several months to fully notice the effects. I've noticed improvements/maintenance in strength, endurance, and recovery time. The pills are convenient and no weird aftertaste, and I've experienced zero bloating or discomfort compared to other powders I have tried previously. Great value for the results. Highly recommend for anyone looking to boost performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's pills are bigger than I anticipated so swallowing them takes some gagging for me - not fun at all!. On the flip side I am enjoying the benefits of more energy during strength training and retaining my muscles even when life happened and I couldn't workout as often as I had been. Even my son's friend asked what brand of creatine I had been using.

did not receive item, the package was empty, distribution center told me that they would send another package within 48 hours, haven't heard anything yet

They jacked up the price per bottle from $19.99 to $50. Not worth it at all. Will be switching to another brand.
