Nature's Way B-100 Complex Capsules, High Potency, Supports Cellular Energy and Nerve Health*, 8 B-Vitamins, 100ct

I've taken Vitamin B--100 for a number of years. Lost my previous supplier so shopped at Walmart Online. This product is just what I was looking for and the price was right. Another plus is it was shipped directly to my front door.

Great supplement to a vegetarian diet. Also recommend Vitamin B-12.

I found out years ago I MUST take B-complex supplements. I have tried store bought and other brands but have found these to be the MOST effective. When I feel the "monster" wanting to come out, I just take one or two tablets & I am fine. I cannot be without them, they are in my purse, my luggage, everywhere with me all the time. Yeah...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This b-100 complex was effective and gentle. The supplement seems to be high quality because I typically have reactions to cheap vitamins. They seemed to be priced well for the quality and I would buy them again.

I definitely notice my energy level has improved, but the neon yellow urine was certainly jarring. This is a totally normal effect of B vitamins but I may or may not have forgotten that before I started taking this.
