I believe they are really good for your health and have many benefits to them. I do recommend to drink a lot of water when taking these and not taking on an empty stomach. After a d&c with a hysteroscopy to remove a fibroid believed to cause my 40+ day periods (that were so heavy I could not leave the house and had to wear period pads), I was at a complete loss because the bleeding still hadn't gone away.
