Nespresso Vertuo New Next Coffee and Espresso Maker by DeLonghi, Dark Gray, Single-Serve Brewers

Makes a really nice coffee - flat white and cappuccino are my favourites. Iced coffee is also delicious. Easy to set up, operate and clean. Doesn't take up a huge amount of kitchen bench space so excellent for anyone living in an apartment or unit.

This coffee maker is out of this world. It's so easy to use and so delicious. There are so many flavors to choose from also! I love that it has a haughty adjustment as well

No more cleaning French press or coffee maker after every use. My new machine works great, easy to use. People complain about the noise but it doesn't bother me. The results are on point.

I don't have any complaint about the product, i really havent try it out, but i do have a complaint about the box that my item came in. the box that my espresso machine came on, was already opened and someone recessed it with some other king of tape. this is why im going to return it. if the box was already open before, theres no warranty for me that the product was not tamper with. sorry going back to the seller. when someone buys an item, we all want the item to arrived seal and unopened.

Insane Deals USA and or Fed Ex altered the shipping package and removed the registration sticker from the machine and took the machine out of the Nespresso packaging. Also kept the coffee pods. Put the machine in a plastic bag and into an old cardboard box and taped it. It appears to be a not used but previously owned machine. The machine works fine, but the handling of it was poor customer service.

After three replacements of my Veruo Next with Areoccino 3, I suggest you avoid purchasing Vertuo Next... my original and all three replacement machines leaked underneath, this leaking was especially bad during the cleaning cycle. I had to accept my fourth machine with leaking as the warranty period is based on the warranty expiry of the original machine and my original machine warranty expired just weeks after my third replacement machine arrived... I had to setup my fourth machine to operate over a tray to catch leaking water. This looks ugly and takes up significant flat surface space (bad) but its much easier than mopping up water and drying up underneath the machine. Then, the little bucket that holds the capsule started cracking up. Initially, a small crack appeared; then a piece broke away, resulting in coffee leaking into the catcher basket. I called Nespresso again, asking whether a part was available to replace the existing bucket. Nespresso evaluated the breakage using their remote viewing via remote viewing on my mobile phone camera. The person was very sweet, and they agreed it didn't look good and suggested I could send in my machine for a paid evaluation and repair as Nespresso doesn't sell spare parts, and also offered a paid repair which I declined.

It stopped working 5 months after I purchased it from Walmart online and they refused to refund/replace. The online customer service referred me to another seller, of which that seller said they were Walmart. I'll never purchase an online item on Walmart's site ever again.

Compared to my last Nespresso machine that became very noisy after two years, this machine is terrible! Cheap and nasty and doesn't work. It's gone backwards in technology, my last machine you pressed the leaver and the top lifted automatically not manually. Now I have to press a leaver sidewards and it manually pushes the lid up. 99% of the time after I've waited for the coffee to heat and be ready, when I press the button at the top to pour the coffee, I get a red light and the only way to over come it is to open the manual lid again and push it back down, then it starts. The coffee is always lukish warm and I have to put it in the microwave to heat it and then the foam goes down. I shouldn't have had to have bought a replacement in the first place, without fail every two years the machine breaks, these machines were made to break after two years so you have to buy a new one. At the very least, when we fork out our hard earned cash, make the replacement machine a good one! All up a big FAIL from me, do better Nespresso!!!!
