The QR code on the installation instruction card doesn't work and keeps prompting to search for an app to use it. Settled for website listed and installed ok. We have 1G fiber and my wifi speed shows 1.7G from speedtest. Have 4 devices connected to wifi, including a TV, and haven't had lagging. I would recommend this router to others.
Great upgrade compared to my providers equipment, been having a lot of trouble with my old router and was only getting a quarter of the speed I was paying for, on top of this I was receiving poor signal in spots of my house. The installation was extremely easy and trouble free, took about 15min or less, speed is now above what I pay for and the range is amazing with no signal drops even in the very rear of my backyard. Great product highly recommend!
Great Router for large area. Worked great and coverage was better than expected.
Very easy set up, an app for your phone, where you can see the speed, and reboot if you have to, so you don't have to mess with the cords. You can also see the devices connected and where you can add a guest if you have company.
This devices is so easy to install and the speed is fast in comparison to my old Netgear Nighthawk. Amazing that the feed to my laptop upstairs is not only fast but I get a very strong connection. Excellent product!
I found another router from Walmart at a lower price, so I returned this router. The return was easy with no difficulty at all. This is one reason Walmart is my preferred choice.
Netgear routers are great and so simple to install. my previous netgear router was out of updates...so I got another.
A powerful wifi network. My phone would not scan the QR code so I called tech support. They walked me through a long and detailed setup and made it function. They were patient and knowledgeable and walked me to completion.
Have not had a dropped connection yet.works good can't complain
Ordered this for delivery and has to pay ten dollars. i received the item and tried to set up the router. wouldn't finish the setup. try to set up the router five different times still wasn't working. wake up online to get your website for help.And the steps provided still didn't help. i answer the item and get my money back.But still lost out on ten dollars because it was still technically delivered to my house. i've had other ground netgear routers before , and never had this much trouble.
