Remote Router Setup

I have no way to rate them. I called. By the time they got back to me. I had set the computer up myself. They were helpful in telling how to get my refund .

did not set up computer said old one was fine was here about half hour I paid him 80$ and he done nothing I still need the new computer set up I believe you should send me someone else Please and soon I need this new computer the old one does not work good

the driver was rude and abusive. he didn't deliver the groceries as I politely asked him to. He left without shutting the gate he had to open to drive in. I am shocked at this treatment. I have been having my orders delivered from Walmart for a year or more and have always been treated very curtiously by the delivery person.

tgey simply would not talk to me or help me. i was tokd i would get an email, no. i called and was given a number, it did not ring but disconnected. iveent to store andcwas tild to call warranty line, no. i asked sparky for a real person and was tild they would call me in 5 minutes, it is 15 hours ago, no call. i went to return the computer due to lack of assistance and they said the set up was non-refundable. i clarified that they never got back to me, they said no refund. i went back to electronics and they never heard of a set up service. The whole thing feels like they charged $28. for a service they do not offer.

Really can't give any stars because we didn't need to use it to get our laptop from HP up and running...and, when inquired about a refund...crickets...so there you have it..only 1 star because I had to leave something...

I never received the laptop. I needed it really badly. I was told I have to wait until July 1st. I ordered it on the 27th, and that was fine. On July 1st, it was still in Georgia, and I needed a laptop, so I had to buy another one. Amazon screwed me out of a laptop. Fraud. You are crawling and giving me my money back. The laptop has been sitting in a warehouse close to my home for the last four days. There is nothing I can do. I need a refund. You are stalling me? I am not purchasing from Amazon anymore, and now I am not purchasing from you anymore until my money is returned.

A complete rip off. first of all, the people never showed, then when I asked for a refund, they told me it was supposed to be online a remote help.Well, I paid 38 bucks for nothing.And then it caught only took me 10 minutes to plug in for wires, so I wish I could get my money back.These guys are a complete farce.

VERY LOW QUALITY !!!!!! i waited for 4 DAYS !!!! for a return call .. some of these techs are in foreign countries who do not connect with US tracfone .. when I finally heard back from them after several days and emailing them ... .... without any warning of any kind, they started transition of data from old computer to new computer this scared me to death, no communication, unanswered questions, CHOKED .... I emailed them several times THEREAFTER with"where on new computer is transmitted info from old computer ??? ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!" NADA ... B LA B LALB LA ... I am not used to bowling alley "etiquette" like this ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! .. I never did find info from Old computer on new one .... I RETURNED IT TO WM .... IF YOU BUY COMPUTER AT WM ..DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE SET UP SERVICE !!!!!!! they'll punk you @!@

Present for another. He's unable to sign onto the site. I tried from my computer and was warned the site is dangerous. He called the number, waited 35 minutes for an individual to answer, and they have no record of the purchase and tried to charge him over twice what I paid for remote sign-up. I would not recommend buying such for another person. I would hesitate signing up for remote setup after seeing "deceptive website."

I paid $38 to receive assistance from a technician with my initial setup. This was because of the complexities in adding Nota Bene software (installed on a previous laptop). I was never contacted by a technician, nor did I receive any assistance. Consequently, a refund of this charge is in order.
