I hate to say this but, I bought this product for my cat due to the very high hot weather we're having in my state. I take from the fridge n tuck it behind her back while she's in her bed. It appears to cool her body temperature down n she lays on it until it's no longer cool. She doesn't run away from the cold she seems to like it. I judge it cooling her down by testing her ears, under her arm pits n her belly to see if she's cooler than before the round cooling circle, it works for her at least. She's a 12 lb Russian Blue cat n is 10 yrs old; she acts n is a princess as her breeds indicates!!! 😻👑 You get about 5 or six in the box.

Having a band to hold ice pack is a plus. Only can do one side. Can hold more than one pack at a time which is good because they warm up quickly. Good that there are several ice packes include. Thin.

These are too small to be effective. You just can't feel the cold.
