This is our SECOND one in the last THREE years. The internal pump and water lines leaked whenever brewing coffee and the leak was from the upper control area, not allowing access to the hose connection. This caused us to purchase a new machine. This is an upgrade to the last one, costing a little more. When we received it is when we realized (pleasantly) that it has a hot/boiling water function, separate from the brewing system, allowing for hot tea, instant coffee, cereals, etc. So there’s no coffee residue being injected into the water. NICE and worth the extra cost! This one “feels” sturdier with a thicker plastic cast. More sturdy than our Keurig machine it replaced. We purchased this one because it does a full coffee pot for when we have guests and the K-cups for our daily use. It also has the external frothing arm that easily folds away. The entire system fits our lifestyle as retirees. The instructions were “spot on” in every respect. From cleaning it for first use to setting the time, it covered everything we needed to get it ready for first use! From delivery to first trial cup took less than 30 min. We DID add five “sliders” so we could place the unit under the counter cabinets and push it back without having to lift it. It is safer for US that way rather than trying to lift it in order to place our K-cups or basket filter in the top for full-pot brewing. Much easier! Also, the descaling/cleaning instructions are on the inside lid of the water reservoir, making them easier to find when the need arises. Rather than having to Google it or dig the instructions back out (if you can even find them after you put the box away!). Overall: Extremely satisfied with the entire purchase, set up, and use! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this brand and model. **I will say, it was frustrating not being able to get one in the store and having to “wait” a whole six days! We ordered online on 12/23/25 and received it at 9:00 AM CST, 12/29/25. So, it really wasn’t that long. It would have been if we didn’t already have a spare on hand. STILL VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. P.S.I have ZERO working relationship with Walmart or FedEx or any of their affiliates.
Love this Ninja coffee maker! Versatile and easy to use, k-cup or brewed. Love the water only feature that uses a separate water line. No coffee taste for tea or making hot cereals.
This is my second Ninja coffee maker. New: CFP301 dual brew pro specialty coffee system. My first is similar and is my tea maker for about 4 yrs now. They both are great, sleek looking, so functional and dependable. I love the hot coffee and the ability to program the burner for up to 4 hours. I can turn it off on the tea. I’m a happy owner.
I am beyond obsessed with this coffee maker- I adore that it can brew both loose grounds and pods and I love the frothing attachment. It’s also an amazing feature that it has a separate line for hot water so your tea or oatmeal won’t taste like coffee. It has lasted us over 5 years of every day use and has won me over for life.
The Ninja DualBrew Pro has completely upgraded my morning routine. I love that it gives you the option to brew both coffee grounds and pods, so it works for whatever mood I’m in. The coffee comes out hot, flavorful, and fast every single time. The built-in frother is a huge bonus and makes homemade iced coffees and lattes taste like they came from a café. It’s also super convenient being able to brew anything from a single cup to a full carafe. The machine feels sturdy, easy to use, and surprisingly simple to clean. If you want one coffee maker that does almost everything, this is absolutely worth it. Perfect for busy mornings, entertaining guests, or anyone who just loves good coffee.
I love the Ninja Dualbrew. It’s so good and easy to use. Not too noisy and easy to setup. Allows fora variety of brew sizes. From single cups to full pods.
I am very satisfied with my NINJA product. It is very easy to use, works efficiently, and saves a lot of time.I would definitely recommend it to others .
This is not a good k-cup brewer. Many times, when the k- cup brew cycle finishes, it apparently pushes the last bit of water through the system with the excessive pressure and bursts the filter basket inside the k-cup, which results in coffee grounds going into the cup and elsewhere. It makes a mess. Brewing a pot was ok. I contacted Shark / Ninja and they sent me a new “base unit”. This unit worked for the first several k-cups, but today it burst two k-cups and one of them released a bunch of pressure when I opened the lid and shot hot coffee onto my hand. I’m done with it and will be getting a refund through Walmart since Shark/Ninja tech support isn’t open on weekends.
Something was wrong with getting the water from the reservoir to the carafe. It would never make more than a couple of teaspoons at a time. We sent the machine back to the seller, and it arrived in their warehouse on June 19th. We have a tracking email from Fed Ex that shows who signed for it. Yhey've yet to issue our refund. I've contacted both Walmart and the seller, and each keep saying I need to talk to the other. Finally, I spoke with someone last week from Walmart who said they would issue us a refund, and said we'd get an email in 2 days, then expect the refund to show up within 10 business days. We've yet to receive an email, and so far no refund.
This review is for the seller of this item not the product. They have no ratings yet and I have no option to leave them one. After taking my order, it took them five days to send me an email saying it would not be shipped. However, it would take 10 days to return my money.
