I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was delivered in the cold so the mirror was frozen when she opened it and actually took it out of the box it had a cloudy film on it took several days to get rid of and now the lights aren't as bright as they should be

As described – but arrived broken
My daughter was so thrilled and excited to receive this product for her birthday. She moved in all her skin care and treats right away! The only disappointment was that the little tray for the front door arrived broken. Any chance the company would replace it for me? Very difficult to track down the vendor otherwise.
