Cosamin ASU for the ankle
I have an ankle that was shattered years ago. This truly helps keep the old girl still moving. I ran out and wondered why my ankle was stiff and sore and it was due to not taking the Cosamin .

Cosamin works well for my joints
I've been taking Cosamin ASU for over 9 years now. It has eliminated the occasional bunion pain and left knee pain I'd get sometimes when walking. It has also taken away my right thumb joint occasional pain. I take one in the morning and one at night. This is a wonderful product.

Works well for osteoarthritis
I've had good results with this product, coupled with exercise and stretching to manage my osteoarthritis of the knees. The only issue is that it takes a while to get this product in and larger quantity bottles are hard to get. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
