Great
I like NOW brand products generally, Swanson price is great. I like that NOW offers 7 Keto in a lower dose, as I like to start slow. I took one bottle and stopped, big appetite returned! I was taking 1 in the morning, now take 2-- you don't need as much as it says or the other brands push.

No difference
I have only been taking these for a little while, but haven't notice any difference in energy or anything. Will keep taking until I am out, but probably wouldn't order again.
