NOW Foods Daily Vits, Multi Vitamin & Mineral, 250 Tablets

These were recommended by the hospital after spouse's discharge. He was hospitalized for metabolic encephalopathy. He has been taking them for 6 months. Blood work has been great.

The vitamins are a good price for a good name. I like a one a day vitamin. It was very convenient having it delivered.

I like the iodine as anutrient in this vitamin. Also, I like the large quantity size!!!

I usually buy my multivitamin/mineral at a local big chain store. Lately I had difficulty finding ones that contained Iodine. Since we use Himalayan Crystal Salt and not iodized table salt the iodine in our daily tablet is very important to me. I also like that it does not have an extremely high dose of beta-carotene. The best benefit I have noticed is that it does not upset my stomach like previous multivitamins/mineral I have tried.

I have tried a lot of vitamins and this is the only one that doesnt bother my stomach, or make me burp it after .has a lot of important elements that my husband and I need.

This is a great vitamin that supplements all the vitamins and minerals that I feel I may be lacking. As a reminder to anyone who is vitamin D deficient, this product contains vitamin D2 instead of D3 since it is vegan. I docked off one star because these pills are giant. I was looking for Daily Vits, Multi Vitamin %26 Mineral, 120Veg capsules but sold out so I got 250 Tablets. My friend took this brand and I like it.

The formulation on this product was changed recently. The new formulation upsets my stomach...the old formulation was fine. Time to look for a new Multi.

Do not get this product if you want a quality product from an honest seller. Clearly in the picture gallery for this product it shows that the B12 used as “methlycobalamin” the superior form B12 that your body can easily use and has less side effects, but when it arrived the back of the bottle clearly shows “cyanocobalamin” as the form of B12, a cheap form of B12 that has difficulty being utilized by our bodies and has more side effects. An incredibly dishonest marketing ploy and shows a lack of concern or respect for the consumers. It shows that this is a dishonest seller who is willing to mislead customers. I will never purchase another item from them again.
