NOW Foods' Eve women's vitamin is an excellent multi-vitamin that met all the nutritional guidelines I look for in a supplement. It's hard to find a multi-vitamin that meets my high standards - I look for particular vitamins and minerals in specific amounts and proportions. I take this vitamin to relieve monthly menstrual difficulties, and it has been very effective. I would recommend this vitamin to any woman with challenges in this regard.

I had purchased this vitamin for my wife from another place because Swanson's didn't carry it. I did request for Swanson's to carry it and it took a few months but now they have it. My wife likes this vitamin in capsule form because its easier for her to swallow, so thanks for making it easy for me to just get this vitamin along with the other supplements. I use the Swanson's whole food vitamin when its BOGO, the tablets are a bit big but I can swallow them fine and they work for me.

I noticed my fatigue left just after one day of taking this vitamin. To explain how I take the Eve multi-vitamin maybe different for other women. I started taking just one tablet (not the soft gel) just to see how it works with my body. Just one tablet works well for me for the whole day. For other women they might need to take the recommended amount that the bottle says. I will by Eve multi-vitamin again.

This is a great alternative to Rainbow Light vitamins, which I have loved for years, but are becoming unaffordable. These are a bit harder to digest, so they should be taken with food. But it has many of the same ingredients.

Good quality vitamins for the money

I didn't take the entire bottle yet, but so far no noticable difference in my health. I was hoping to have less daytime sleepiness or more energy. I already changed to a dfferent program so if I go back to these, maybe I can write a better review. They are easy to swallow (I swallow all three at the same time). They did not cause me any side effects.

I am looking for the EVE Milti-Vitamin by Now that I use to purchase. Now whenever I try to purchase them I get the Superior one's. Not interested in these. Can I get my money back, so far I'm messing over two bottles.
