I purchased this or my husband's joint pain. He says it help takes some of the edge off. I noticed the ingredients are better than in a name brand formula.

The pill is extra large. It stuck in my throat a couple of times and I had to wait for it to dissolve a little before it went down.

Poor customer service.
After purchasing a product I realized that it contains shellfish. I emailed customer service 2 times in the past 2 weeks and no one has gotten back to me. My wife and I spend around $700 per month on supplements and vitamins and we heard good things about NOW. But for no one to reach out to me leaves me little choice but to go to different brand with better customer service.
