I use these to calm my stomach, works every time. I tried other brands and some dont help, especially the "micronized" ones. If you get frequently get food going through you too fast, you gotta give L-Glutamine a try. No problems! They are easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any side effects.

If I had realized how big these were I never would have ordered them. Really hard to swallow. If they were a pill maybe you could cut them in half but that does not work with a capsule. Wish they made them in a small size even if it means taking two. I would not get them again. Next time I will buy another brand at the store so I can see the size before buying.
