do not take this if you are bipolar, it will make you manic. I took anti depression medication and could not find one without intolerable side effects. I have taken it successfully for years. take 100 mg a day until you feel happy which took me about 4 days! then back it down to 50 mg a day until Jesus comes back! when I take 100 mg a day for too long, my mind starts to race and I start to stutter, back it down to 50 mg a day and you'll be fine.
